Last Updated: September 2026 • Operator: HONGQIONG WORLD LLC, DELAWARE, USA
At VirtualHumanID, operated by HONGQIONG WORLD LLC, Delaware, USA, we adhere to strict data minimization and creator-first privacy principles. All character files, biometrics, style guides, and evidence anchors are Private by default. We never disclose, sell, or allow public crawling of your persona data without explicit creator instruction.
1.Information We Collect & Cryptographic Digests
When you register a virtual human or character asset, VirtualHumanID processes the submitted images, audio files, and metadata solely to generate cryptographic hashes (SHA-256) and visual anchor vectors. Raw evidence files are encrypted and retained strictly for owner-authorized certificate generation.
- Cryptographic Hashes: Immutable, non-reversible hashes representing asset integrity.
- Biometric Landmark Geometry: Facial structure points used strictly for duplicate conflict detection.
- Timestamps: Trusted UTC anchors certifying exact time of registration.
2.Visibility Levels & Public Verify Portal Boundary
Creators maintain granular control over asset exposure through three explicit settings:
Only the authenticated creator can view, download, or inspect detailed records.
Visible only to individuals possessing the unique direct link or verification token.
Permits open verification of authenticity, certificate viewing, and public provenance lookup.
Security Guarantee: Even under Public status, raw internal VHIDs and unverified personal contact details are never leaked to unauthenticated public verification queries.
3.AI Training Protection (Do-Not-Train)
VirtualHumanID supports automated machine-readable Do-Not-Train tags on all registered assets. When selected, public certificates and metadata headers explicitly signal that the registered persona and associated media may not be ingested or utilized for generative AI training without separate commercial licensing.
4.Jurisdiction & Operating Entity
VirtualHumanID is operated under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States of America, by:
